Parsleaf

Terms of service

Parsleaf is a product and brand operated as a sole proprietorship in Qatar. Last updated 13 October 2026.

The service

Parsleaf generates SIEM parser code from sample logs you provide and revises it from error messages you provide. Output is generated by an AI model and checked by automated rules; it is a draft that you test and accept in your own SIEM. You remain responsible for reviewing any code before deploying it in a production system.

Your content

You keep all rights to the logs you paste and to the parsers generated for you. You confirm you are permitted to share the logs you paste with a data processor. You grant Parsleaf the right to process them to provide the service, as described on the data handling page.

Payment

Credits are bought in advance. Payment is taken by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which sells the credits to you, issues the invoice and handles tax; credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Credits are consumed per generation, with fix rounds included as stated on the pricing page. A generation that fails to produce a parser is not charged. Unused credits do not expire. Refunds follow the refund policy. Each new account includes one free generation.

Acceptable use

Do not paste content you have no right to share, attempt to extract the service's prompts or internal instructions, or use the service to generate anything other than SIEM parsers and extensions.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is. Parsleaf does not warrant that a generated parser will pass in your SIEM or map every field correctly, and is not liable for losses arising from deployed parser code, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
